Welcome to NgaoCredit Vehicle Auctions. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.

1. Introduction

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use NgaoCredit Vehicle Auctions if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Bidding and Buying

  • All bids are final and cannot be retracted.
  • A buyer's premium will be added to the final bid price of each vehicle.
  • Full payment for the vehicle must be made within 48 hours of the auction closing.
  • Vehicles must be collected within 7 days of payment. Storage fees may apply thereafter.

3. Vehicle Descriptions

We make every effort to describe vehicles accurately. However, all vehicles are sold "as is, where is" with no warranties, express or implied. We strongly encourage bidders to inspect vehicles in person before placing a bid.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NgaoCredit Vehicle Auctions, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website.
